Vice President, Overseas Cooperation, Jiangsu Industrial Technology Research Institute
Dr. Burrows currently serves as the Vice President of the Jiangsu Industrial Research Institute(JITRI) in Nanjing, China, where he is responsible for leading overseas cooperation. JITRI is an independent organization funded by Jiangsu Province to accelerate development by priming the pump of industrial innovation by JITRI creating new mechanisms facilitating technology transfer and new channels for transforming scientific and technological achievements into tangible products.This includes over 50 Research Institutes and numerous industry partnerships, which JITRI connects with innovation resources around the world.
