Allan Han-Huei Teo is Managing Director, Asia Pacific at Quercus Group, where he leads strategic business development in the region. At Quercus Group, Allan spearheads the flagship project, “Access Cities” in Singapore, a Danish public-private partnership project to advance sustainable urban development in key cities.
Allan has over 20 years of experience in public and private sectors and was previously Head of the Asia Pacific Network at the World Green Building Council. In the private sector, Allan helped global clients with expansion into new markets in areas including smart cities, cleantech, design and others.
Allan was formerly Head of Trade at the Danish Foreign Service, where green growth was a key focus area. Allan was also industry developer at the Singapore Government, where he pioneered key initiatives of Green ICT, Green Data Center and Smart Grid. Allan also helped developed the innovation ecosystem and led strategic collaborations with major MNCs.
